Research for props

Props

The props we are going to use will be a glass bottle, this is so we can have something to scare the characters in the film but not be so extreme that there will not be any more scary parts in the opening. The glasses smashed around the building will also indicate that someone may still be there, and it also proves that people were actually using this building, which gives more of a belief in this being abandoned.

We will also use a flashlight/torch so we can create the sense that the characters cannot actually see where they are going and what they are doing. This will also help us with our effects that we want to use to create some tension for the audience. We will use this in some of our shots because it may be very dark in some parts of the building therefore using a flash light will still make the clip scary because you can only see a little bit of where you are going.

the reason we are only going to use these two props is because we do not want to make our film appear to set up. this is so we can make sure the audience realizes that this is just a normal day for these characters.
